The Mission Marketing Group plc announced the launch of Mongoose Promotions, a specialist sales promotion business. Sales promotion is a technique to help xlients better understand the behaviour of their customers and to create and execute campaigns to influence this, whether the aim is to sell more products, encourage the testing of new products or to attract new members. Mongoose Promotions will bring a new source of revenue to the company and further expands the Client offering of the company. The Board believes that there are many opportunities to provide this capability to Clients across the Group.

Mongoose Promotions will be headed up by David Pearson, who recently joined the company and brings with him a wealth of experience, including 15 years at Motivcom where he was responsible for running the sales promotion division and led a team to establish cinema promotions and rewards specialist, Filmology. He has also held the role of Head of Consumer Programmes at Sodexo Benefit and Reward's UK COMEX.
