Kingsbury plc Appoints Dhammika Perera as Co-Chairman (Non-Executive)

At a recent meeting of the board of directors of the Kingsbury PLC it was resolved that Mr. Mohan Pdndithage remains as Executive Chairman, Mr. Dhammika Perera be appointed as Co-Chairman (Non-executive) of the Kingsbury PLC subject to amendments of the Articles of Association of the Company.
