The Company announces thatHelen Sinclair has informed the Board that she will retire as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the 2022 AGM, currently expected to be in February 2022.
The Board would like to thank Helen for her very significant contribution over many years to the Company and to the Board, and for her dedication during her tenure as a director, particularly in her role as Chair of the Investment Committee and wish her well for the future.
The Directors will consider succession and the composition of the Board.
On Helen's retirement, Justin Ward will assume the Chair of the Investment Committee.
This announcement is made in compliance with the Company's obligations under the Listing Rules, specifically Rule 9.6.11.
