THE GROUNDS REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AG Ad hoc announcement according to Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation
Berlin, 1 May 2023 (14:29 CET/CEST) - Arndt Krienen has asked the Supervisory Board of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (The Grounds / ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) to prematurely terminate his activities as a member of the company's Management Board with immediate effect for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board has regretfully complied with this request and expressly thanks Mr Krienen for his work over the past three years as a member of the Management Board and for his significant contribution to the successful strategic repositioning of the company during this time. Until further notice, the company will be managed by Jacopo Mingazzini as sole member of the Executive Board.
