The Erawan Group Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Sansern Wongcha-Um, the Director, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the company has resigned from the Director, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit committee of the company, effective from March 1, 2017.
