Amp Energy C&I Twenty Seven Private Limited announced that it will raise INR 49,500,000 in an equity round of funding on May 6, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited for 26% stake. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.

The company will raise funding in in one or more tranches.
