Texton Property Fund Limited announced that Ms Shelley Thomas has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and as chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 1 July 2024. The Board, which accepted and approved the resignation on 3 July 2024 (effective from 1 July 2024) would like to thank Ms Thomas for her contributions to the Board and the Company during her term of office.
