TextMagic AS informs about the change in the Management Board. Fred Metsma will resign from the Board of TextMagic AS, his mandate will expire on February 28, 2023. TextMagic AS would like to thank Fred Metsma for his contribution to the development of the group's analytics and finance activities.
Following Fred Metsma's departure from the Management Board, the Management Board of TextMagic AS will continue with one member, Priit Vaikmaa.
