Tetra Tech, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TTEK) signed a definitive agreement to acquire NDY Management Pty Limited on January 17, 2018. The branding of NDY Management Pty Limited will remain in place. The acquisition will be subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of fiscal 2018. Flagstaff Partners Pty Ltd acted as financial advisor for NDY Management Pty Limited.
