Tempus Holdings Limited Appoints Cheng Tsz Lok as an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee

The board of directors of the Tempus Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Cheng Tsz Lok has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the nomination committee and of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee of the Company with effect from 28 February 2021. Mr. Cheng is the chief investment officer of China Daisy Asset Management Limited.
