Tatyana Designs, Inc. (OTCPK:TATD) announced that it will raise $10,00,000 in a round of funding on December 17, 2012. The company will issue convertible notes in the transaction. The notes are convertible into common shares.

The notes offering terminates on March 31, 2013, unless modified or terminated earlier by board of directors. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $25,000. The securities will be issued pursuant to Regulation D.
