Tatyana Designs, Inc. (OTCPK:TATD) announced that it will raise $1,500,000 in a round of funding on April 2, 2014. The company will issue convertible note and warrants pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D. The transaction will include participation from one investors. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $1,500,000.

Threadstone Advisors will act as placement agent to the company and will receive sales commission of $37,500.
