Tattooed Chef, Inc. Appoints Salvatore “Sam” Galletti as CEO

On October 15, 2020, Myjojo, Inc. (“Ittella Parent”) and the registrant, Forum Merger II Corporation (“Forum”) (now Tattooed Chef, Inc.), consummated the previously-announced transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement (the “Transactions”), following the approval at the special meeting of the stockholders of Forum held on October 15, 2020 (the “Special Meeting”). In connection with the entry into the Merger Agreement, Forum entered into employment agreements with Salvatore Galletti, Sarah Galletti, Stephanie Dieckmann, and Giuseppe Bardari, which became effective at Closing. Pursuant to the terms of the employment agreements, Salvatore Galletti serves as Chief Executive Officer and President.
Tattooed Chef, Inc. is a plant-based food company that offers a portfolio of frozen foods. The Company supplies plant-based products to retailers in the United States with signature products, such as ready-to-cook bowls, zucchini spirals, riced cauliflower, acai and smoothie bowls, cauliflower crust pizza, wood fire crusted pizza, handheld burritos, bars, and quesadillas. The Companyâs products are available both on private labels and under its Tattooed Chef brand in the frozen food section of retail food stores. Its diverse offering of plant-based meals includes certified organic, non-genetically modified organisms (non-GMO), certified Kosher, gluten-free, and plant protein elements. It is available in the frozen food sections of national retail food and club stores across the United States, as well as on Tattooed Chefâs e-commerce site. The Company's products are sold in approximately 21,000 retail outlets in the United States.
