After the conclusion of the general meeting of shareholders in Almetyevsk on June 26, a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT in the new approved composition was held, which elected R.N. Minnikhanov, Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors reviewed the budget performance of PJSC TATNEFT for five months in 2015 and approved the budget for July and the third quarter of the current year.
The Board of Directors approved compositions of the Committees under the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT: Audit Committee, Corporate Management Committee and HR and Remuneration Committee.
The meeting adopted the work plan of the Board of Directors for the second half of 2015 and discussed a number of other issues of the Company's activities.
