TATNEFT is a partner of the Kazan Digital Week Forum, which takes place at the Kazan Expo exhibition complex from September 21 to 24, 2022. It is attended by manufacturers and users of digital technologies, software and high-tech products. The program includes plenary sessions, thematic sessions, an exhibition, round tables, master classes, technical visits and networking: a total of 120 events in 10 areas and almost 900 speakers taking part.

The opening ceremony of the forum was attended by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, and Maxim Parshin, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

A сomprehensive approach to increasing crude oil production was presented to the guests of honor at the TATNEFT exhibition display stand. The system is based on the "Digital Asset" as an integrator of all available information about the field. Using this "Asset" and the "Control System", you can get the optimal plan for the development of the asset. In this case, the design of an optimal development scenario is, basically, the formation of a cost-effective drilling carpet with the maximum well density pattern, which ensures the required recovery and maximum involvement of reserves.

Application of the received new scenario for the development resulted in a 15% increasing the number of profitable drilling candidates and a 25% increase in net present value over 15 years.

It is important to form new sources of asset data and integrate them into the model to ensure effective working with digital twins. TATNEFT cooperates with universities in this regrd. Thus, Kazan Federal University is developing a system for localizing reserves using neural network technologies. The Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute is studying the issues of origin and migration of crude oil using technologies for sequencing the genome of the reservoir systems biota.

TATNEFT has prepared a training complex "Pump Tatarstan" for the training of engineers. This is a specially designed synthetic model, made within the geographical boundaries of the Republic. It is based on the geophysical material of real wells. There are basic cases are implemented within the model, and their complexity and number will increase with each stage.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Maxim Parshin pressed the symbolic launch button for this training complex at the TATNEFT exhibition stand.
