The Company has been notified that Nigel Le Quesne, the Company's Chairman, has today purchased 4,200 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at £12 per share.  Following the purchase, Mr Le Quesne has a holding in the Company of 4,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
