compensation,in accordance with the Company's Article to be amended.
(1)The employees' compensation: NT$3,243,618.
(2)The directors' remuneration: NT$3,243,618.
(3)The above amount will be distributed through cash.
(4)The approved amount is the same with the recognized expense in 2021.
