From May 21, 2019 to June 11, 2019, the company has repurchased 1,363,636 shares, representing 26.95% for KRW 29,999.99 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,363,636 shares, representing 26.95% for KRW 29,999.99 million under the buyback announced on May 21, 2019.
TAIHANTEXTILE CO., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the weaving, spinning and dyeing of fabrics. The Company operates its business in two segments: textile and construction. Its textile segment produces yarns such as cotton yarns, fancy yarns, vortex spinning yarns, velour yarns, melange yarns and slub yarns used for undershirts under the brand name of White Horse, as well as fabrics such as cotton woven fabrics and knit fabrics used for military uniforms, bedding interiors, shirts and jackets under the brand name RAINBOW. Its construction segment is mainly engaged in the construction of apartments. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
