AirAsia Berhad denies plans to acquire Tway Air Co., Ltd., Tony Fernandes, Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia, said during a press conference. Tony Fernandes said, "There is nothing going on right now," but said that never say never. There were speculations that AirAsia will acquire Tway Air through a consortium with Cheongju International Airport.
