BlackRock, the world's leading asset manager, has exceeded the threshold of 3% of Syensqo's voting rights, according to a financial notice published by the specialty chemicals group on Friday.

As of June 14, the New York-based asset manager held 3.02% of voting rights and 0.67% in the form of financial instruments, giving a total stake of 3.69%, the notice states.

By way of comparison, BlackRock had declared a day earlier, on June 13, that it held 2.98% of voting rights and 0.67% in the form of financial instruments, for a total stake of 3.66%.
