Surapon Foods Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for Fiscal 2018, Payable on May 21, 2019; Proposes to Elect Kanett Chatthamrak to Be Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Surapon Foods Public Company Limited at the meeting on February 21, 2019 has proposed the shareholders' meeting to approve the dividend payment from the operating results of 2018 at the rate of THB 0.3704 per share. The record date for the right to receive dividend is confirmed on May 7, 2019. The date of dividend payment is confirmed on May 21, 2019.

The Board also proposed the Shareholders to elect Mr. Kanett Chatthamrak to be Independent Director in replacement of Mr. Putaporn Ninwarangkoon, who will retire by rotation in this AGM.
