Based out of the company's Wellesley, Mass., headquarters, Mr. Radzicki will be responsible for driving Stream's overall information and technology strategy.

An accomplished executive in the technology and BPO industry, Mr. Radzicki brings nearly 15 years of strategic technology and information systems experience to Stream. He comes to Stream from Network Solutions, the leading provider of online services for small businesses. At Network Solutions, Mr. Radzicki served as vice president of technology strategy and governance. As an integral member of the executive management team, he was responsible for the strategic development of large technology initiatives, as well as overseeing all technology partnership planning.

Prior to Network Solutions, Mr. Radzicki spent several years in senior management positions at Teletech, a leading BPO provider specializing in customer care. Most recently, he served as the Chief Information Officer for one of Teletech's wholly owned subsidiaries, Direct Alliance Corporation, a sales and marketing organization focused on the outsourcing of ecommerce and inside sales management. In this role, Mr. Radzicki led the technical acquisition, integration and ongoing management of Direct Alliance, and was responsible for all IT operations and development. In addition, Mr. Radzicki served as Teletech's vice president of technology, spearheading the product development of numerous IT-based products designed to facilitate the overall customer experience.
