Stewardship Financial Corp. Appoints Wayne Aoki as Director and Member of Audit Committee

Wayne Aoki has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Stewardship Financial Corporation as well as the corporation's subsidiary, Atlantic Stewardship Bank, and shall serve in such capacity until the corporation's annual shareholders meeting in 2015. Mr. Aoki shall also serve as a member of the corporation's Audit Committee.
