HID Global Corporation acquired IdenTrust, Inc. from Parallax Capital Partners, StepStone Group, Zions Bancorporation (NasdaqGS:ZION) and others on January 17, 2014. The acquisition will be slightly dilutive to earnings per share. O'Melveny & Myers, LLP acted as the legal advisor to HID Global Corporation. Jason M. Rednour, Sam Ghaffarzadeh of Paul Hasting LLP acted as legal advisor to IdenTrust.
