Stem Holdings, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company announced operating loss was USD 4.559 million compared to USD 779,000 a year ago. Net income was USD 2.655 million compared to net loss of USD 826,000 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.01 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. For the nine months, operating loss was USD 10.606 million compared to USD 7.290 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 9.146 million compared to USD 8.567 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.07 compared to USD 0.15 a year ago.

It is engaged in the cultivation, processing, extraction, retail, distribution, and delivery-as-a-service (DaaS) operations throughout the United States.
