Announcement on the delisting of the shares of the Société Anonyme under the name 'STELIOS KANAKIS, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A., RAW MATERIALS FOR CONFECTIONARY, BAKERY AND ICE-CREAM' from Athens Stock Exchange.
The Société Anonyme under the name 'STELIOS KANAKIS, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A., RAW MATERIALS FOR CONFECTIONARY, BAKERY AND ICE-CREAM' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') informs investors that, pursuant the decision of 08/10/2019, taken by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and in agreement with the clauses of article 17(5) of law 3371/2005, on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the shares of the Company will be delisted from the trading systems of Athens Stock Exchange.
The Management of the Company would like to express its gratitude to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and to Athens Stock Exchange for their impeccable collaboration, as well as to investors, for their trust to the Company from July 18, 2002, the date of entry in Athens Stock Exchange, till October 9, 2019, the date of exit.
The Company, with respect and a high sense of responsibility towards consumers, shall continue evolve, innovate, and be a pioneer in the field of marketing and distribution of raw materials for confectionary, bakery, and ice-cream.

It distributes its products through its own distribution network and via 99 representatives, 52 of which are in Attiki, 21 in Macedonia and 26 in the islands and the rest of Greece.
