Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. announced that Mr. Jayendra Naidoo has tendered his resignation with immediate effect as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, in order to focus his efforts on the board of Steinhoff Africa Retail Limited (STAR), where he is the Chairman.
