The Company is engaged in real estate development, including identification and acquisition of land, and planning, execution and marketing of the projects, and trading of building material. The Company operates through three segments: Real Estate, Trading and Manufacturing. The Real Estate segment includes promotion, construction and development of integrated townships, residential and commercial complexes. It is engaged in manufacturing ready mix concrete (RMC) and trading in the various parts of the country. The Company conducts its trading activities with products, such as cement, pig iron, aluminum, bathroom fittings and glass. It is engaged in project genres, including group housing, independent floors, plotted colonies, farm houses, information technology (IT) park, and hotels and motels. The Company has projects located in Faridabad, Greater Faridabad, Palwal, Rewari, Kurukshetra, Panchkula and Karjat (Mumbai).
