Skitude Holding AS has changed name to Canopy Holdings AS

(Oslo, 10 January 2022) Reference is made to the decision by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 7^th December 2021 regarding the change of the company’s name from Skitude Holding AS to Canopy Holdings AS. The name change is now effectuated in the business register (Foretaksregisteret).
