On January 27, 2021, Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividends will be payable on February 24, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
