Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has entered into a contract with PT. Saipem Indonesia for offshore installation works for the Jangkrik FPU utilizing the CSV Normand Installer. Jangkrik FPU is a part of Jangkrik Complex Project, which is operated by Eni Muara Bakau B.V. as contractor to SKK Migas, the Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas Agency. Eni holds a 55% interest in the project. Other Jangkrik partners are ENGIE (33.3%) and PT. Saka Energi Muara Bakau (11.7%). An EPCI contract for the Project was awarded to a consortium led by PT Saipem Indonesia and which includes Hyundai Heavy Industries, PT Tripatra Engineers & Constructors and PT Chiyoda International Indonesia. In addition to the CSV "Normand Installer", SOFF will provide project management, procurement and logistics support to the project through its Marine Projects group in Singapore and Skudeneshavn, Norway. Execution of the offshore work in Indonesia will start in second quarter of 2017 and, including transit, the duration for "Normand Installer" will be about 100 days. The contract value is confidential among the parties.
