SNC Former Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year 2019, Payable on 27 April 2020; Approves the Appointment of Somjai Chaopanich as New Director

SNC Former Public Company Limited at its AGM held on 27 March 2020, approved the dividend payment of THB 1.00 per share for the year 2019 (interim THB 0.50 and final THB 0.35). The final dividend will be paid on 27 April 2020.

The meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Somjai Chaopanich as a new director.
