The Directors of Site Group International Ltd ("Site") confirm that Productivity Partners Pty Ltd (Productivity Partners) has on 16 June 2017 after market close, received from ASQA a notice of decision to cancel Productivity Partners Registered Training Organisation ("RTO") registration. As announced on the 18 April 2017, Productivity Partners received from ASQA a Notice of non- compliance and intention to cancel under The NVR Act (RTO) registration. The company provided a response to ASQA on 22 May 2017. As previously advised, Productivity Partners is no longer enrolling students as an RTO with the completion of all students in February 2017. Site will consider its position in relation to the notice and has 28 days to do so. The company will keep the market fully informed of further developments.
