The Company has today been notified that on 11 January 2013 Mr Peter Williams, Finance Director, exercised options over 35,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
The Company has further been notified that Mr Williams transferred 35,000 Shares into the name of his wife Rachel Williams for nil consideration.
Following the exercise of options and transfer, Mr Williams' beneficial interest in the Company (including 150,000 Shares held by his wife) is 150,000 Shares, amounting to approximately 0.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Total Voting Rights
Following the exercise of these options, the Company has a total number of 17,059,046 shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
