(Stock Code: 988)Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited dated 19 October 2015 in relation to the appointment of compliance adviser and directors' training. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
As set out in the Announcement, Mr. Cai Sui Xin, Mr. Zhao Cheng Shu, Mr. Lau Yu, Mr. Ng Tze For, Ms. Li Xiao Juan, Ms. Choy So Yuk, Mr. Gao Wen Ping and Mr. Leung Yuen Wing (the "Directors") would undergo training (the "Training") on Listing Rules compliance, directors' duties and corporate governance matters for a duration of 24 hours before 17 March 2016.
The Training has been fully completed by the Directors on 9 March 2016.
