Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002777) agreed to acquire 60% stake in Beijing Medseeking Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhou Lin for CNY 1.9 million on January 9, 2018. The deal value is payable in cash. Within 30 days after the agreement signing, Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co.,Ltd will invest CNY1.9 million for the 60% stake and within 10 days after the completion of the registration modification, Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co.,Ltd will invest CNY3 million to complete the investment obligation for the 60% equity in Beijing Medseeking Technology Co., Ltd. Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co.,Ltd will use its own funds for this transaction. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co.,Ltd in its 4th session of 4th directorate.
