Dear Sir,
The board of directors of Siam Steel Service Center Public Company Limited at a meeting no.3/2022 held on August 15, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. passed the following resolutions:
Approved Mr. Shigeji Anraku resigned from the board of directors for the company because of his private business and cannot further the position, according to resignation letter of the directorship of Mr. Shigeji Anraku dated August 10, 2022. Received by the company on August 11, 2022 and appointed Mr. Taku Yamada to be a director, by the resignation and appoint a replacement effect from October 1, 2022 onwards.
Approved to provide the authority of the directors as follow: - The number and name of directors authorized to sign and bind the Company by and director form group A., may jointly sign with another director in group B. and affix the Company's seal.
Group A. Consist of Mr.Wanchai Kunanantakul, Mr.Surasak Kunanantakul and Mr.Surapol Kunanantakul.
Group B. Consist of Mr. Hiroyuki Inoguchi, Mr. Taku Yamada and Mr.Jun Murase
Effective October 1, 2022 onwards.
