Siam Food Products Public Company Limited reported that the Board of Directors meeting on February 24, 2014, appointed Mr. Prasit Kovilaikool Independent Director to be the new Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Chai Jroongtanapibarn and Mr. Suvit Maesincee to be the new Audit Committee, effective from April 1, 2014.
