Shree Ram Urban infrastructure Ltd. announced that regarding the proceeding of the board meeting held on August 13, 2014, the company has now informed that the board had accepted the resignation of Ms. Manju Batham, Sr. General Manager & Company Secretary with effect from September 10, 2014. Now, the Management has decided to extend the period of employment of Ms. Manju Batham, Sr. General Manager & Company Secretary and will be relieved on October 15, 2014.
