(1)How to deal with odd odd shares: Allotment of odd odd shares with less
than one new share. Shareholders may, within five days from the capital
increase base date, go to the stock agency department of the company's

one share after piecing together, in accordance with Article 240 of the
Company Act, the cash will be changed according to the denomination until
the yuan, and the chairman of the board of directors will be authorized to
contact a specific person to subscribe at the denomination of the shares.
(2)Cash dividends are calculated up to New Taiwan Dollar and rounded up
below New Taiwan Dollar.
