Hahm Partners Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shinhan 8th Special Purpose Acquisition Company from ACPC Co., Ltd and others for KRW 6.6 billion in a reverse merger transaction

Hahm Partners Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shinhan 8th Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A393360) from ACPC Co., Ltd and others for KRW 6.6 billion in a reverse merger transaction on June 2, 2023. The merger will be carried out at a ratio of 1: 0.3914660. The transaction is expected to close on November 15, 2023.

Post completion, Hahm Partners will get listed on KOSDAQ.
