2015 CHAMPION OF THE NEW ECONOMY

VALLEY CITY, Ohio, April 6, 2015 - Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading global supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, today announced Ramzi Hermiz, president and CEO, is named a 2015 Champion of the New Economy. Junior Achievement, in partnership with DBusiness Magazine and News Talk WJR 760 AM, recognized business leaders in metro Detroit who are contributing to and moving the economy forward.

Since 2012, Shiloh has successfully expanded into three continents, added new capabilities such as aluminum and magnesium die casting, and grown from approximately 1400 to 3300 employees. Most recently, Shiloh opened a new technical center in Plymouth, Michigan to advance its global product strategy and be in close proximity to key customers.
Under Hermiz's leadership, Shiloh has transformed from a company of $580 million in annual revenue to one of over $1.1 billion in annual pro forma revenue, and has more than doubled its EBITDA, net income and enterprise value.
