VALLEY CITY, Ohio, Oct.16, 2014 - Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, today announced it has been ranked on the Forbes list of America's 2014 Best Small Companies. Out of all of the companies studied, Shiloh was ranked 32 out of the top 100 companies Forbes selected for the fastest growing public companies in America.

Stock performance during the last 12 months versus each company's peer group was also factored into the ranking.
Shiloh's revenue has grown from $580 million to nearly $1 billion and doubled its enterprise value, net income and earnings per share since 2012.
