SHILOH INDUSTRIES NAMES BRAD TOLLEY VICE PRESIDENT STRATEGY AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT

VALLEY CITY, Ohio, January 9, 2014 - Ramzi Hermiz, president and CEO of Shiloh Industries, Inc. announced today that Brad Tolley has been named vice president of strategy and market development at Shiloh Industries, Inc., a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions. Tolley will be leading Shiloh's business strategy as the company pursues growth in new markets.

"Shiloh has experienced record growth in the past year through our focus on innovative lightweighting products and solutions," said Hermiz. "Additionally in 2013, Shiloh's gross profit improved over 41 percent as compared to the prior year, and we completed three major acquisitions. Brad will be instrumental in leading Shiloh's global growth. With over 20 years of global automotive experience, he brings the expertise needed to successfully continue our expansion and improve our current market position in the U.S."

In this role, Tolley heads all strategic planning development for global markets. He also will be responsible for marketing and external communication of the Shiloh brand as it emerges in new markets and increases its presence in North America.

Tolley has an extensive background in strategic planning, business development, program management and operations. He has 20 years of global automotive experience with Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. Most recently, Tolley was the vice president of strategy and marketing at exterior lighting supplier, Varroc Lighting Systems. Brad attended Purdue University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Oakland University.
