Shenzhen Yinghe Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300457) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 40% stake in Shenzhen Huihe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from Yu Jianzhong for CNY 0.8 million on January 19, 2018. After the close of the transaction, Shenzhen Yinghe Technology Co., Ltd will hold 100% stake in Shenzhen Huihe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Shenzhen Huihe Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 2.6 million, net liabilities of CNY 0.04 million, revenues of CNY 5 million, operating profit of CNY 2.04 million and net profit of CNY 1.51 million. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Yinghe Technology Co., Ltd. in the 8th meeting of the 3rd directorate held on January 19, 2018.
