Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002130) announced a private placement of not more than 59,459,459 A shares at CNY 12.95 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 770,000,000 on January 14, 2017. The transaction will include participation from not more than 10 investors. The securities issued are subject to hold period of 12 months from the date of issuance. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company at its 4th session of the 5th directorate. The transaction is subject to shareholders’ approval of the company at its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of 2017 to be held on February 10, 2017 and the China Securities Regulatory Commission approval.
