Shenzhen Jintong Investment Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 15,000,000 from returning investor Shenzhen JT Automation Equipment Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300400) on January 21, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor in its 3rd directorate’s 19th meeting. Post the transaction, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company and its registered capital will be raise from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 20,000,000. The transaction does not need approval from the investor's shareholders.
SHENZHEN JT AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of specialized equipment, as well as the provision of related services. The Company's main products include electronic equipment assembly equipment, display module production equipment, aerospace manufacturing equipment and optical flat panels, such as touch panels (TPs), liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Electronic equipment assembly equipment include wave soldering, reflow, automatic optical inspection (AOI), three dimension (3D) Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems and peripheral products.
