Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000692) signed an agreement to acquire stake in 7 companies from Shenyang Urban Communal Facility Group Co., Ltd on June 9, 2015. Stake in 7 Companies includes 99.25% stake in Shenyang Shengda Thermal Heat Supply Co., Ltd., 91.25% stake in Shenyang Huiyong Heat Supply Co., Ltd., 100% stake in Shenyang Urban Communal Facility Group Coal Co., Ltd., 100% stake in Shenyang Urban Communal Facility Group Logistics Co., Ltd., 100% stake in Shenyang Urban Heat Supply Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., 2% stake in Shenyang Urban Communal Facility Group Construction Materials Co., Ltd., 1% stake in Shenyang Urban Communal Facility Group New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000692) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Shenyang Lantian Public Energy Saving and Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. from Shenyang Heating Group Co., Ltd. on June 9, 2015. Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power plans to use the proceeds that will be raised in its private placement to acquire the stake. The shareholders of Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power approved the transaction on August 31, 2015.
