Shennan Circuit Company Limited approved the appointment of You Lei, Wang Mingchuan, Fu Debin, Xiao Zhanglin, Wang Bo and Yang Zhicheng as non-independent directors, the company also approved the appointment of Wang Longji, Zha Xiaobin and Li Mian as independent directors, the company approved the appointment of Wang Baoying and Li Dehua as supervisors, in the extraordinary general meeting held on January 23, 2018.
