Shaw Communications, Inc. announced the following appointment within Senior Leadership Team. Shannon Donnici is appointed to Group Vice-President, Customer Experience, with the responsibility for the development and implementation of a new and enhanced customer experience, leading to "best in class" customer engagement for all of Shaw's customers. John Piercy is appointed to Group Vice-President, Business, with the responsibility for all of Shaw's business activities. Ms. Donnici has over 21 years of experience with Shaw, with a primary focus in the area of Customer Service. Ms. Donnici first started as a Customer Service Supervisor in North Vancouver. She has held numerous positions with Shaw, and her most recent roles include: Vice-President, Customer Care and Vice-President, Business Transformation. Mr. Piercy has over 28 years of experience in the communications industry, holding a number of senior roles in marketing, finance, operations and product development with a variety of Canada's cable and telecommunications organizations. Mr. Piercy joined Shaw in 2010 as Vice-President, Operations.
